Passion, Practice and Performance is the only way “Greatness” is achieved. Throughout 200 years of research the conclusions are without reproach, yet we as a society fail to empower ourselves and others with this cornerstone of human development.
My name is Ross Kay and I have a Passion for this topic. A passion derived from a desire to empower others to reach “Greatness” on any level they may choose. A passion founded in a belief that every single child brought into this world has an equal chance of succeeding in life, if only we empower them to choose their own personal path to “Greatness” .
I have been a student of personal development for over 25 years. First founded in a search to better my own professional business career and second in a search to better how I coached others. The research and studies lead me to become an advocate of “Deliberate Practice” and as a result that became a core belief in my approach to coaching. Whether a parent, teacher, coach, mentor or friend we all need to possess and understand this most basic of concepts on personal development.
Without Performance we have no Greatness acheived. Without Practice we have no Performance. Without Passion we have no will to Practice in the way needed. Let’s learn more together.
