Passion is the cornerstone of personal development. If you are in search of excellence in performance then you must possess a willingness to endure hours and hours of practice in the given forum you wish to perfect. The demands of such practice are so overwhelming that very few of us ever acheive greatness. Many may become “Good” but few will become “Great”.
The question is how to find and embrace the passion we all have inside. How can those of us as adults find our own passion but maybe even of more importance is how can we as coaches/mentors empower the next generation to find their own.
